Oh, Deer!

As we were checking on one of the geocaches we had placed in a park, we came across a small herd of white-tail deer.

If you look closely, you can see that the young bucks still have velvet on their antlers. One of the reasons we chose this park for our geocache is because there are so many animals roaming around.

I was amazed that I was able to catch these two fawns just running all over the place, celebrating being alive.

We plan on coming back to this park soon and when we do, I'll post some more pictures about it.
