Air Conditioning And Bathroom Repair Work

Well, we recently discovered that the water drain pan for the air conditioner in the hall had failed (by the squishing sounds our footsteps made while walking down the hall), so I made up a new drain pan and got everything working properly in the A/C department. Unfortunately though, the small flood created by this failure crept into the bathroom, so the sink base and floor covering were showing strong signs of water damage.

Well, can you guess what we have been doing this weekend? If you were thinking that we had to demolish the sink base cabinet to get the thing to come out of the bathroom, scrape the linoleum off the floor, replace the linoleum, install the sink base, refurbish the hardware connected to the sink, replace the toilet seat (it needed it) and clean everything in sight now that we have full access to every nook and cranny in the bathroom...

YOU'RE RIGHT!
