Merry Christmas 2010

Merry Christmas to you and yours. May your holiday be filled with love, life, and laughter.

As for the laughter part of it, you may be wondering what the heck that is on top of our Christmas tree... Well, it's a series of stuffed 'critters' that are all the rage with geeks like us and Katrina has been collecting them.

These are... Well... Representations of diseases and such.

These critters are supposed to be, (Red) Flesh Eating Disease, (Gray) Gonorrhea, (Yellow) A Bookworm, and (Pink spiral on top) Syphillus. This tree topper will definitely be remembered by us for a long time.

On Christmas day we decided to have the fireplace burning, but since we didn't have one, we used the Shrek'S Christmas fireplace on DVD as a substitute.

Oh yeas, Katrina also has a mini set of those stuffed critters in a handy christmas tree-shaped box to use as hanging decorations. This one here is a brain cell.

I've got to admit, I'm not sure what this one is, but the seashell angel is a gift I got for Katrina when I was working in Jamaica.

For a our Christmas morning, we had Brad and Karen with us, so we had a nice time together, opening gifts and explaining to Karen what the heck that was hanging on our tree...
